We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept many merchandise returns within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund, store credit or an exchange.
General Return Policy
1-All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, store credit or an exchange
2-Merchandise must be in new condition, all original tags must be attached, unused and in its original packaging. Merchandise that is used, worn or in unsaleable condition will not be accepted for refund, store credit or exchange.
3-Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
4-The recipient or purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees. Gem Genius is not responsible for loss or damage while the merchandise is in transit to us.
5-Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Returns do not apply to the following items:
1.Items sent to our office without an RMA# (Return Number)

2.Packages that are improperly packaged, damaged.
3.Items returned without an attached tag.
4.Items that are not in their original condition as unworn, unaltered, undamaged.
1.When the returned items are received, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We will inspect and verify the condition of the item.
2.Once your return has been accepted in satisfactory condition, all refunds will be processed within 5 business days and completed in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires are refunded via company check. For credit card refunds please allow another 1-3 days after processing for your bank to post credit against your account. PayPal refunds will be posted to your account on the same day.
For Exchanges and Store Credit:
Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or store credit and send a confirmation email with all details.
To return item to Gem Genius, follow the below process:
1.Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). In order to process a return, you need to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).

2.Package Your Return. Include a copy of your receipt. Make sure to use new shipping boxes, do not reuse the box we send you. Please make sure to follow the Packing Instruction.
3.Write the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) somewhere visible outside the shipping box.
4.Insure the package. You can ship it via any carrier. Make sure your package is fully insured, with a delivery signature required service.

We provide fast and FREE shipping on all order destinations within the continental United States. Your order will be inspected, securely packaged, and shipped by FedEx. Orders can be shipped to your home or an alternate address.
After your payment is verified, orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. If the product is not in the stock, it will be shipped out within 10 to 12 business days. Custom orders shipped out within 10 to 15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order and an email containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 6pm Central standard time will not ship until Monday.
